You will hear tons of people say that if you struggle in doing something now, you won’t struggle when you have to do it again later. You might get that pep talk just when you are about to give up. When you are out of your comfort zone, the task becomes more dreadful and farther out of your reach. But, the real question is, how can you make use of that phrase, unless they know the fruits that it will bear in the future.

There is a large number of people that believe dreams don’t come true or their hard work in doing the thing that causes discomfort will be the first and last time they encounter it.

With failure already looming around the head, even before the task is done, you will need to find some way to motivate yourself. That can begin when you tell yourself how special you are because self-motivation is always a good start. Once you tell yourself that, the discomfort of the task suddenly becomes doable.

The next thing to do following the self-pep talk is to get your head around the task at hand and find the best solution for it. You have to remember that once you have your mindset at making sure to accomplish what you are about to do, you need to find a way or the first step. Tackling the problem head-on is the best way to go about, and that is what leads you to comfort.
